In the rare event of receiving a faulty item you can return your purchase to the Poundgland PO Box address provided and faulty goods will be either replaced or refunded within 14 days.

Please note returning postage will not be refunded.

For reasons of hygiene, personal items, vibrators and creams/gels cannot be returned once opened unless the product(s) is/are unfit for purpose.
